Day 1: Arrive Kilimanjaro - Arusha

Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro Airport, you’ll be met by a KWT Representative then proceed to Impala Hotel and arrive in time for lunch. The rest of the evening is spent on own leisure.

Day 2: Arusha- Tarangire National Park

After breakfast depart for Tarangire National Park and arrive in time for lunch. After lunch proceed on a game drive. Tarangire is renowned for it's dense wildlife population, which is most spectacular between June and December. Return to the lodge in the evening.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast proceed on a morning game drive returning to the lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon another game drive can be taken explore this world famous park. Return to lodge in the early evening.

Day 4: Tarangire- Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park and arrive in time for lunch, this is followed by an afternoon game drive. This park is famous for its tree climbing lions and vast flocks of flamingoes.

Day 5: Lake Manyara- Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch for Serengeti National Park. Covering an area of 14,763 sq. km, Serengeti National Park is the largest National Park in Tanzania. The Serengeti, derived from the Masai word “siringet” meaning endless plains, these vast plains are the origins of the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth, the migration of over 1 million wildebeest to the Masai Mara plains in Kenya. Pursued by hungry predators, this becomes a struggle of life and death that only the Serengeti and Masai Mara are honoured to host. Serengeti provides sanctuary to the highest concentration of plains animals in the world. Arrive in the evening with a game drive enroute to the lodge.

Day 06/07: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast proceed on a morning game drive returning to the lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon another game drive can be taken explore this world famous park. Return to lodge in the early evening.

Day 08: Serengeti-Ngorongoro

After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro Crater, via Olduvai Gorge, site of archaeological findings, where traces of pre-historic people dating back to 3.5 million years have been discovered. Lunch is at the lodge situated on the crater rim with spectacular views down into the crater. The rest of the Afternoon is at leisure at the lodge.

Day 09: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast at the lodge proceed on a half-day crater tour with picnic lunch. In the crater, which is considered the “Eighth wonder of the world” you can see a spectacular concentration of wildlife including the big five. The crater has a variety of habitats including grassland, forest and swamp. The lake on the crater floor is home to flamingoes and many other species of birds. Return to the lodge in the early evening.

Day 10: Depart

After breakfast depart for Arusha where you’ll have lunch then proceed to Kilimanjaro Airport for your homebound flight. (BL)
